The Reset is a 90-minute working session built around the business idea, opportunity or next move that needs your attention now. We get everything on the table, work out what really matters, what's getting in the way and what needs to happen first.
Then I turn that thinking into a clear written plan with the steps you need to move it forward.
Clarity is only useful when something happens to create momentum and therefore we'll have a plan review follow-up 2–3 weeks later to see what's moved, what needs to change and what needs our attention next.
What happens afterwards.....
The Reset gives you clarity, priorities and a practical plan. Then we move.
You might take the plan and run with it. You might want me alongside you or the plan might show you need specialist expertise.
There is no predetermined next step. We decide what makes sense for you, your business and the thing you're moving.
