My background is in operations, leadership, and making things happen. Based in East Sussex and working with founders and business owners across the UK
I've run businesses, led teams, built plans, solved problems, found the right people and spent a lot of time in rooms where, eventually, somebody says...

That's always been the bit I've loved.
